Hoe krijg ik mijn login en wachtwoord?

U ontvangt een e-mail van Sobegas waarin  uw login en wachtwoord wordt medegedeeld.

Wanneer u ingelogd bent op uw gebruikersruimte, beschikt u over de mogelijkheid om uw wachtwoord te wijzigen door op het tabblad "Wachtwoord opnieuw instellen" te klikken.

Indien u geen login en paswoord heeft ontvangen en / of indien u uw e-mailadres wijzigt, dient u ons dit te mede te delen  per e-mail naar sobegas@sobegas.be.
 

Hoe kan ik mijn omzetcijfer dat als basis wordt genomen voor de berekening van mijn premie, via internet doorgeven?

Klik op "verbinding" rechtsboven op de webpagina of op de onderstaande link, voer uw login en wachtwoord in, klik op het tabblad "Aangifte", selecteer vervolgens uw contract en voer het bedrag van uw commissies in.
Voeg een link toe opdat de klant onmiddellijk op de inlogpagina terechtkomt.
 

Hoe kan ik via internet mijn persoonlijke gegevens raadplegen en wijzigen?

Klik op "verbinding" rechtsboven op de webpagina of op de onderstaande link, voer uw login en wachtwoord in. Uw gegevens verschijnen automatisch. Indien u bepaalde gegevens wenst aan te passen, stuur ons een e-mail naar sobegas@sobegas.be.
