Comment obtenir mon login et mon mot de passe?

Vous recevrez un e-mail de Sobegas vous communiquant votre login et votre mot de passe.

Lorsque vous êtes connecté sur votre espace, vous avez la possibilité de changer votre mot de passe en cliquant sur l’onglet « Réinitialiser le mot de passe ».

Si vous n’avez pas reçu de login et de mot de passe et/ou si vous changez d’adresse e-mail, vous devez nous le communiquer par mail à l’adresse sobegas@sobegas.be.


Comment puis-je déclarer par Internet mon chiffre d´affaires pris en compte pour le calcul de ma prime?

Cliquez sur « connexion » en haut à droite de la page internet ou dans ce lien, introduisez votre login et votre mot de passe, cliquez sur l’onglet "Déclaration", ensuite sélectionner votre contrat et introduisez le montant de vos commissions.
 

Comment puis-je consulter et modifier par Internet mes données personnelles?

Cliquer sur connexion en haut à droite de la page internet ou dans le lien ci-dessous, introduisez votre login et votre mot de passe. Vos données apparaissent automatiquement. Si vous souhaitez modifier certaines données, envoyez-nous un e-mail à l’adresse sobegas@sobegas.be.
