A)  Verzekeringstussenpersonen

Cobelias verzekert alle categorieën bemiddelaars. Wij verzekeren zowel de makelaars als de agenten en de onderagenten.

We stellen evenmin een maximale limiet aan het jaarlijkse commissietotaal, zodat de verzekerden niet hoeven te vrezen vanaf een bepaald bedrag aan commissies van verzekeraar te moeten veranderen.

Bijgevolg is er grote verscheidenheid onder onze verzekerden. Er zijn gewone agenten die in bijberoep als bemiddelaar optreden, maar ook makelaars in hoofdberoep met een bijzondere specialisatie (bijvoorbeeld: verzekering van transport of van diamanten), of een makelaarskantoor dat uitsluitend voor een grote Belgische groep werkt.

B) Agenten in bankdiensten

Cobelias dekt alle agenten in bankdiensten, ongeacht of ze al dan niet eveneens verzekeringsbemiddelaars zijn.

De agenten in bankdiensten zijn de personen die aan een bank gebonden zijn door een agentschapsovereenkomst. De makelaars in bank-en beleggingsdiensten worden echter door Cobelias niet gedekt.

C) Kredietbemiddelaars

Onze waarborg dekt eveneens verzekeringstussenpersonen en agenten in bankdiensten wanneer ze optreden als kredietbemiddelaars maar ook de kredietbemiddelaars die noch verzekeringstussenpersoon of agenten in bankdiensten zijn.
