Als agent in bankdiensten bent u vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de talloze personen die gebruik willen maken van uw kennis om hen bij te staan hun financieringsproblemen te helpen oplossen bij de realisering van hun projecten en dromen. Maar gebeurt er als uw aansprakelijkheid in het gedrang komt ?

Bij Sobegas hebben wij een beroepsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering op punt gezet die een beter antwoord biedt aan de veeleisende realiteit van de agent in bankdiensten.

Wij laten u in kort bestek dit product ontdekken.


Bedrag en voorwerp van de waarborg

Wij staan een waarborg toe van 1.500.000 € per schadegeval en van 4.500.000 € per verzekeringsjaar.

De waarborg betreft meer in het bijzonder1 ;

  • de beroepsaansprakelijkheid voor advies inzake bankproducten ;
  • tot beloop van een bedrag van 1.200.000 € per schadegeval en per jaar, de aansprakelijkheid van de verzekerden voortvloeiend uit de bemiddeling inzake hypotheekleningen ;
  • tot beloop van een bedrag van 250.000 € per schadegeval en per jaar, de aansprakelijkheid van de verzekerden voortvloeiend uit debemiddeling inzake het consumentenkrediet ;
  • De aansprakelijkheid voortvloeiend uit verlies, diefstal of onvrijwillige vernieling van beroepsdocumenten ;
  • …
