De premie omvat een vast bedrag en een variabel gedeelte berekend op basis van de omzet verwezenlijkt door de verzekeringnemer (+9,60% taksen). Een voorlopige premie wordt in het begin van het jaar of bij de onderschrijving van het contract gestort en wordt na verlopen termijn geregulariseerd.

*       Indien het bedrag van de waarborg per schadegeval gelijk is aan 1.564.610 €, 2.500.000 €, 3.250.000 €, zal de waarborg per jaar 3.600.000 € bedragen.
**     Overeenkomstig de wettelijke bepalingen mag de vrijstelling in geen enkel geval 2 % van de jaarlijkse omzet overtreffen. In geen geval mag de vrijstelling lager zijn dan 680 €.
***    Toepasselijk in geval van schadeaangifte binnen de drie jaar na de aangifte van het eerste schadegeval.
